6. Inability to Adapt: Failing to keep up with technological, economic, or consumer preference changes, risking obsolescence.
7. Ignoring Digital Presence: Overlooking the importance of online presence and digital marketing in a technology-driven era.
8. Neglecting Customer Service: Failing to provide excellent customer ser- vice, leading to reputation damage and customer loss.
9. Undervaluing Sales and Marketing: More investment in sales and mar- keting hinders customer attraction and retention.
10. Owner Burnout: Long working hours and high stress reduce productivity and poor decisions.
As you go through each one of these items, ask yourself, if I was an entrepre- neur, HOW would I deal with each of these issues?
This might be a somewhat puzzling question, especially if you don’t know yourself.
The good news is that there are a few things you can do to get to know yourself first.
In the next chapter, I will share three different tests with you. You are free to do your own analysis, but these work for me. In the appendix of this book, you can answer these same questions but with the guidance of these three tests.
