APPENDIX 2
For Example:
Have you ever found yourself doing little things when you have a big thing to do?
It is commonly called procrastination.
However, each time you complete the cycle you gain energy and as you gain these little bits of energy they can build so that you have the energy to do the the bigger or harder action.
For Example:
Tidying lots of little things, tidying your desk, moving things around and put- ting things where they need to be can help you build the energy for that difficult task. Each action has a completion and an energy attached. It can help you to build the moment to start the challenge.
UNDERSTANDING WHERE OUR BELIEFS COME FROM
A common concept is to suggest that we have two parts to our brains:
The things that we think, commonly called the logical or Cognitive domain
The things that we feel are commonly called the Affective domain
Our beliefs are essentially a consequence of our learning experiences.
The things that we have logically learned and emotionally felt.
