SORRY, WE’RE NOT HIRING ANY VISIONARIES TODAY
In fact, it’s beyond a map. It takes vision to see that because you have to see in an area that doesn’t just get pointed out by the analytics, the numbers, or the data. It’s my contention that visionaries see things before others. Vision- aries have a gut feeling. Visionaries are affected differently by the world than other people. It’s about seeing beyond what already exists.
One of the things that allows me to also do this is because I have broken the molds you find in traditional business. You have to be somewhat delusional. You have to be slightly twisted in the head because you cannot see the reality of how it’s presented to you from a physical perspective.
You have to go beyond that down the timeline, think about the world and what it looks like, and then live as if you are already in that state of that future vi- sion. And that’s what helps it come to life. That’s undoubtedly where my secret skill lies.
When I work with a client or anyone, I fight with them to ensure they get the best answer for their needs. I generally want the best for them because I want them to succeed as much as possible. I have consistently brought in business through referrals. I’ve always shown integrity and come through for my clients. I never let the ball drop.
Now, I am pushing the envelope more because I’m also thinking about be- coming a provider and starting a family one day. I want to make sure that I’m able to support my family. I want to be there for them. I don’t want to be con- stantly at work and missing the little things.
A lot of people try to be something for everyone. And when you’re being some- thing for everyone, you’re not being your best for anyone. You’ll never find peace if you’re constantly shifting and morphing yourself to fit people’s ex- pectations. I can be a polarizing figure and might lose potential connections or sales. But the reality is that I will make fireworks with other people.
This philosophy has allowed me to let go of constantly trying to mold myself for a little bit for everyone. This is not necessarily the answer for everyone but
